Responsibility

Ms. Myslinski joined TIC Properties Management, LLC in August 2007 as the Vice President of Property Management and is responsible for the overall property management effort of the portfolio. She currently supervises a staff of 5 Regional Property Managers and other property level professionals. Included in her responsibilities are new property transition, annual budgeting, financial analysis, strategy development, lease administration oversight, personnel selection, tenant relations, building operations, project management and all other property management functions.

 
Experience
Ms. Myslinski has over 28 years of commercial real estate management experience with national commercial real estate firms. Ms. Myslinski began her career in 1986 with Property Management Systems in Houston, Texas as an Accounting Manager and was quickly promoted to Property Management Consultant in 1989.  In 1990, Ms. Myslinski joined Premisys Real Estate Services as Assistant Property Manager, where she managed a 1.2 million square foot facility and assisted in property takeovers.  Ms. Myslinski spent the next 8 years as Senior Property Manager with Equity Office Properties where she developed and implemented a comprehensive Property Takeover Action Plan and coordinated the cleanup, reconstruction and $1.8 million insurance claim for the extensive damage caused by Tropical Storm Allison.  From 2003 through 2005, Ms. Myslinski years directed the management and engineering teams for a 1.2 million square foot portfolio with Lincoln Property Company in Houston, Texas, one of the US’s largest diversified real estate companies. Immediately prior to joining TICPM, Ms. Myslinski was the General Manager of a 1.0 million square foot office project in Dallas, Texas for Carr America. Ms. Myslinski has an extensive background in accounting, operations auditing, property takeover, personnel selection, team building, tenant relations, financial reporting, property renovations and catastrophic event recovery in addition to her expertise in property management.

 
Education/Milestones

Ms. Myslinski graduated from the University of North Texas in 1981 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance/Real Estate. She currently holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman License. She is active in IREM and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
