Responsibility
Mr. Sellers has served as Vice President of Marketing & Leasing for TIC Properties Management, LLC since 2006. Mr. Sellers is responsible for all marketing and leasing efforts for TIC Properties Management, LLC portfolio. He also leads in the development of marketing strategies and standards for each property and maintains editorial and creative oversight over each property’s strategic business plan.
Experience
Mr. Sellers has over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. He began his career in 1992 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Columbia, South Carolina spending 4 years with Colliers Keenan and 3 years with Edens & Avant, Inc. As a commercial real estate broker, Mr. Sellers specialized in commercial property transactions including landlord representation, highest and best use analysis/implementation and acquisition and disposition of user and investment properties. In 1998, Mr. Sellers joined Koger Equity as the Leasing Manager for a national real estate investment trust (REIT), managing the leasing activities of a portfolio of twelve Class A and Class B office buildings in two office parks in the Upstate of South Carolina. Immediately prior to joining TICPM, Mr. Sellers was with Grubb & Ellis|The Furman Co. from 2001 through 2006 as a member of the Office Group, specializing in landlord and tenant representation at the local and national level. Mr. Sellers has completed over 200 transactions for 1.1 million square feet and over $20 million in value.
Education/Milestones
A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Mr. Sellers received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in 1992 from the College of Charleston, has held a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation since 2003 and a South Carolina Real Estate License since 1992. Mr. Sellers is active in the South Carolina CCIM Chapter, a sponsor of the Carolinas Chapter of SIOR and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
